The De Dietrich hobs come in all shapes and sizes, from 38cm in width for the modular hobs, through to 90cm wide gas and induction hobs. The gas hobs are available in white, black and stainless steel, the electric hobs come with a stainless trim or a bevelled glass edge. There is also a stunning white induction hob available.

Induction Hob

As the first mainstream brand to introduce Induction technology to cooking, De Dietrich have been the pioneers of this wonderful invention for decades. As if by magic, De Dietrich Induction hobs heat the pan only when the metal touches the toughened glass surface. This means De Dietrich Induction Hobs are more efficient and safer than other hobs.

The De Dietrich Induction Hob range is comprehensive, offering different sizes, depths, zone configuration and trim options. The main consideration when selecting a De Dietrich Induction Hob is the width. There are options of 38cm modular domino style hobs, the DTI741X which has a continuum zone, and the DTI732X which has a ‘induction wok’ layout. The 60cm versions are DTI704X and DTI704V. ‘V’ means bevelled edge (angled glass), and the ‘X’ means stainless steel trim. For 65cm De Dietrich Induction Hobs, there are 2 choices, firstly the white DTI705W. The DTI853X is a new hob, which offers 2 zoneless continuum zones either side of the hob.

The popular DTI708V is the 80cm model, and benefits from the 5 year warranty upgrade offer. Two 90cm hobs complete the line up, the DTI749V is the flagship appliance, with the new advanced Continuum zone which can accommodate multiple cookware at different heat levels. It also has a Programmable memory function, and 3 Programmable direct access levels. The slimline 90cm is the DTI789V, which is just 400mm from front to back, and has similar features to the DTI749V.
